What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are as follows:

  • Orders up to £40 standard UK delivery £4.95
  • Orders £40 and over free standard UK delivery.

Orders will require a signature on arrival. Please note that we can only accept orders from customers based in the UK and deliver to UK addresses.

What’s your policy on Refunds and Exchanges?

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. We are happy to refund non-sale items returned within 14 days of purchase, alternatively, we can issue a credit note valid for one year. Please note items must be returned in saleable condition with labels attached and unsoiled. Sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase in saleable condition with labels attached to qualify for a refund. Any faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and will be repaired, replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.


How do I return items?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase however if you need to return an item.Please pack the item securely and send it to:


Please pop a note in with the item explaining your reason for returning it, whether you require an exchange or refund and your contact details. Alternatively please telephone the shop where a member of staff will be able to advise you.


What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which you believe may be due to a manufacturing error please contact us immediately on 01743 242192. In certain cases, we may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items that are deemed to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced, refunded or exchanged free of charge. In the case of damaged, faulty or wrong goods we will require them to be returned before dispatching a            replacement.


Return postage

When returning an item for any reason please retain your proof of postage certificate from your courier and please be aware that the item is posted at your own risk. Templeton Jones cannot be held responsible for items that you have posted that go missing in transit. Only when we have received the item will we be able to exchange or refund as applicable. Please note that items returned for an exchange, and where goods are not faulty, will be charged for redelivery.


If my items are not in stock, will I still be charged?

If my items are not in stock, will I still be charged?Once your order is placed, you will receive an order receipt email detailing the items you have ordered. Please note this is not an order confirmation or order acceptance. An order will only be accepted once we have confirmed the items are in stock and we have obtained authorisation for your payment. You may cancel your order during this time. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of the items you ordered is unavailable or out of stock.
